Using Southwest Patient Group is safe and easy.

Hours Of Operation:

Southwest Patient Group is open for calls and orders from 10am to 8pm daily. Because we are limited to the number of deliveries we can make each day it’s recommended that you place your order as early in the day as possible. Especially on Friday and Saturday.

New Member Registration:

New patients click the link below and you will be taken to the registration page. The registration page is where you are going to provide us with all the necessary information that we need to get you verified as a legal California medical marijuana patient. (Register Here)

If you are unable to provide us with the needed information, we will not be able to deliver to you. Sorry.

When you fill out the online registration form and click “submit” an email is sent to us at Southwest Patient Group HQ letting us know there is a new member waiting to be verified. We contact your doctor and verify you immediately.

Once verified you will receive a phone call and/or an email (if you gave us your email address) from an Southwest Patient Group staff letting you know you are verified.

Placing An Order:

Once you are a verified member of Southwest Patient Group, orders may be placed on our Online Shop or by calling us at 619-663-6337.

If you already know what you want, have some questions, or maybe just don’t have access to a computer or smart phone you can always give us a call at 619-663-6337. The receptionist at Southwest Patient Group HQ will be more than happy to take your order as well as answer any questions you may have.

Delivery:

First time deliveries must be made to either a home or a business. No exceptions. Please have your original medical marijuana recommendation as well as your CA. ID ready. Our driver will need to see and copy both on the first delivery.

Once we know you and we are comfortable with each other an Southwest Patient Group driver can meet you at different locations at our discretion.

Southwest Patient Group drivers cover all of San Diego County.  We don’t have fees for our delivery service but depending on the region in which you reside, a minimum order amount must be met.  Visit our Delivery Service Page for more information.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON

Payment:
Southwest Patient Group drivers accept cash.  Payment is due at the time the delivery is made.

Tipping the driver is optional and appreciated.

Returns:
ON OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE.  Returns or exchanges will considered on local deliveries that qualified for Free Same Day delivery.  If approved, they will be taken care of on your next delivery order. We will exchange/return based on the weight of medicine left un-smoked. Please indicate to the Customer Service Representative that you have a return/exchange. This will take place on your next purchase. We do not make deliveries just for a return/swap.

Legal Information:

Medical Marijuana is legal in California. We deliver to patients in San Diego County and the greater CA area to provide safe access to Medical Marijuana.  Southwest Patient Group’s products are distributed only in accordance with California Health and Safety Code Sec. 11362.5(B)(1)(A) & 11362.7(H) & in compliance with Prop 215 & S.B 420
