How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
Same Day Delivery
Southwest Patient Group is open for calls and processing orders from 9am to 8pm daily. Because we are limited to the number of deliveries we can make each day it’s recommended that you place your order as early in the day as possible. Especially on Friday and Saturday. We strive to delivery same day orders within 1 hour 30 minutes from when it is placed, though it can take longer depending on numerous factors. An ETA considering these factors will be established when the order is placed.
Do You Deliver Outside Of California?
We cannot accept any out of state patients, nor can we ship out of state under any circumstances.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Please feel free to contact us if you are dissatisfied with your order and we will attempt to address the issue.
Is There A Limit On How Much I May Order?
Yes. In an effort to prevent diversion of products from use by anyone aside from the member patient we limit orders for First Time Patients to a maximum of 1 oz (28 grams) total of flowers. If you need a larger amount of medical cannabis, please inquire and on a case by case basis we will discuss your needs to determine if the request can be approved. Appropriate requests can be made based on medical ailment and product intentions; medical documents and physician consultation may be required.
Can You Suggest Something For My Specific Medical Condition?
We do not have certified medical professionals on staff, therefore we cannot provide you with medical advice. We are, however, able to give provide you with feedback and non-professional opinions on what types of medical marijuana MAY assist with your particular ailments.
